Happy Birthday!

This was just a simple birthday cake for a friend of mine. Nothing fancy just a simple cake for a good friend.

Happy 15 th Birthday!

This was a cake for a shared 15th birthday between two friends, a boy and a girl. Their request was simple they wanted a crazy cake, so that is what I tried to give them. They liked it and I was relieved.

Happy 5th Birthday!

This was a fun and cute cake for a little girl turning 5. She was very clear in what she wanted, she wanted a " Strawberry Shortcake Birthday Cake". That is just what she got a Strawberry Shortcake and friends cake for her Strawberry Shortcake Birthday.

Happy 80th Birthday!

This cake was for an 80th Birthday in which the client wanted a very personalized cake. They wanted a cake that not only captured the interests of the birthday girl but also went with the party theme of a Hawaiian Luah The birthday girl was the clients mother, who loved to knit and was from England. She loved to wear pearls and drink tea, and the party was also a family reunion just for her. I was very excited to come up with an idea to incorporate all of the interests. This was the result and the Birthday Girl was very thrilled.

Congratulation's Grad!

This was an unusual request for a graduation cake at least for a high school student. The client who asked me to make this cake had a daughter who was graduating high school. One of her daughters favorite things when she was younger was hello kitty, so she thought it would be a funny surprise to have her grad party cake hello kitty themed. I found this to be a very big challenge in how to incorporate the two things but in the end I was happy with the result, but hoped that the graduate would find the humor. In the end the grad loved the cake and was very happy for the personal detail in her cake.

It's a Boy!

This cake was for a friend expecting their first child. Once they found out it was a boy we put together a surprise baby shower for her. This is what I created for her, she was very surprised and didn't want to cut into the cake.

Life's a Beach

This cake was for a 50th birthday party. It was a lot of fun to design and make, the theme was a beach party and they wanted to not focus on age but celebrate life. So I thought the saying " Life's a beach so live it up! fit the bill. They were very happy with the cake as was I.

A Winter Wonderland Wedding

This cake was for a winter wedding where the Bride and Groom where getting married outside and the theme was Snowflakes. They wanted a unique but elegant cake design that incorporated their theme. They were very happy with the result and it was a beautiful setting for the wedding.

A Mickey Mouse Birthday

I did this cake for a Mickey Birthday Party. The Birthday Boy was not a young child, but just someone who had a great love of Disney. His nickname is Mickey and I wanted to give his an age appropriate birthday cake that was fun, as well as being a recognizable Mickey Mouse cake. This is what i came up with and it was a very big hit at the party.
